When is 2024/2025 registration?
  • On-line registration should be open October 1, 2024
  • Walk-in registration will begin October 1, 2024
  • To receive the multi-family member discount, please complete the basketball registration form at myshpr.net and mail, fax, scan and email or drop off at the Parks and Recreation office. Discount is not available for online registration.
How do I register my child?
  • On our home page there is a link that will allow you to register your child. Walk-in registration allows you to pay at the Parks and Recreation Office.

What are the age groups?
  • 1st/2nd Grade Co-Ed
  • 3rd/4th Grade (Girls & Boys, separate divisions)
  • 5th/6th Grade  (Girls & Boys, separate divisions)​
  • 7th thru 12th Grade (Girls & Boys, separate divisions)
 
 What days will practices be?
  • Will depend on Gym availability and size of leagues

Where do the kids go for practice and games?
  • Games and practices will take place at local elementary and middle schools throughout Utica Community School District and Warren Consolidated School District. 
If my child has never played in league before how does he/she get assigned to a team?
  • Once registrations is closed and we have all the coaches needed there will be a draft.  The coach that get's your child will contact you and let you know.

Can my son or daughter play with a Friend?
  • We try out best to honor any buddy requests but there are times when it is simply not possible.
